MY PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY

My Personal Biography (Auto- Biography, if you will), to follow, may give the reader of this page some insight as to what & why I believe are reasoned and seasoned positions which I propose in this PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY page. At this point in my life at age 76, I like to believe that I am still 'a work in progress' and so I always remain open to considering other's point of view also.)

My objective here is for you, the reader of this website content, to become and then remain my client; understanding that my only function in a commercial sense is to bring sufficient appropriate stimulation, ideas and information on suitable product availability to your attention so that you can and will then consider utilizing my brokerage services in satisfying your own wants and needs.

For this to happen, I believe, we must know and understand with some degree of confidence what the nature of our economic, social and political environment is and will be in the future; and what the options are. Given that foundation you can then fit your own action plans to your own personal wants and needs.

As a stimulator and demonstration of what I am referring to I will lead with some of my own thoughts. Obviously, I have my own philosophical, political and religious persuasions, and I hope it is clear that these are just 'my' persuasions, and which I may be all too prone to share. Other than perhaps stimulating others to develop and espouse their own persuasion, mine can have little value to anyone else. My own example may be more a statement of 'Do What I Say', Not What I Did; or proof of 'what not to do', as there are not many costly mistakes that I have not made in my own life. However, my one outstanding claim and earnest hope is that I have and do always deal fairly for my clients’ best interests and that I serve with honesty and loyalty. While I hope to eagerly listen and consider your persuasions, I also insist on the right to espouse my own.

I believe the Importance of (Yours, Not Just Mine) Philosophical, Political and Religious Persuasions needs to be understood if we are to, collectively, have an ultimately satisfying and successful conclusion to our respective interests. Contrary to what I believe to be a prevailing concept of 'political correctness', I believe open discussion of our persuasions is vital to a healthy and lasting (Viable) community of interests.

Most, I believe, will acknowledge that our founding fathers were divinely* inspired in drafting a constitution that favored INCLUSION of all of our responsible diverse interests (Rather than fracturing at our points of difference), with an Entrepreneurial focus functioning Under The Rule Of Law which is 'Of The People, For The People and By The People'. Clearly, this functioning is dependent on the full participation of each of us as morally honest, informed, clear thinking and voting citizens; keeping the Pendulum from swinging to the equally dangerous (Left and Right) extremes of (the Left) Unbridled Democracy (Anarchy/Communism) and the (The Right) Tyranny of Unregulated Free Enterprise (The Power Of Power / Greed / Totalitarianism / Dictatorship). I personally believe we are now well into 'The Right' danger zone.

It appears to me that many citizens of Our United States do not understand the nature of our Government and therefore the absolute necessity of being informed responsible voting citizens. It is incorrectly and frequently stated by our government officials and the Press that we are a 'Democracy'; which we are not, and which our founding fathers very well understood and did not intend that we be a 'Democracy'. They understood the destructive nature of Anarchy, into which a true Democracy would evolve. Therefore, they created our 'Constitutional Republic' form of government as a 'Representative Republic'; wherein we Democratically (By Popular Vote) elect our Representatives (Legislators, Congressmen, and Senators; and Governors) who then Vote and Act on specific matters of Government and Law. Similarly, they ensured that the President and Vice President would not be elected by popular vote, but rather thru the mechanism of the 'Electoral College'. Our founding fathers correctly mistrusted the whims of popular votes, and therefore wisely inserted the check and balance of 'Government By Representation'.

It is alarming to me to hear appointed and elected members of government refer to us as a Democracy: Leading figures in our State Department for years have confused our allies and mislead them down the path of Democracy to Anarchy. The Disintegration of Central European and Middle Eastern Communities is, I believe, largely a result of this misinformed foreign policy, and is a major cause of the distress over the Bush vs. Gore Presidential election, where we experienced, I believe, an outrageous abuse of power by our courts and by elected and appointed members of government. And, why would we encourage the formation of separate states/nations such as Palestine. We fought our own civil war to preserve Our "Indivisible Nation". Why do we encourage the divisions of other nations instead of citing the beauty of our Own 'Indivisible' Nation!

For those who would care to understand why so many outside the United States HATE Americans, I believe a reading of the book, 'The Cambodian Odyssey' by author Haing Nigor whose real life story he played in the movie 'The Killing Fields' would be productive. That treatment reveals a logical consequence of the Latent Abuse Of Power and Privilege by Middle and Upper Class 'Corporate' and 'Government' bureaucrats of which Haing Nigor was, himself an example. As demonstrated in our own American Revolutionary War, the masses, or Lower Class, ultimately rebel. I believe that we have now a massive degree of the abuse of power and privilege within our country, the United States of America, among Government and Corporate leadership and middle class working Americans who are totally unsympathetic to the plight of the growing numbers of people now homeless, unemployed or the working poor living at or below the poverty level and who do not earn enough or who due to medical impairments cannot buy health insurance. I believe most working middle class Americans are callously indifferent and hardened to the plight their less fortunate brethren and do not appreciate the fact that with our present health insurance system they themselves also are only one serious illness or the loss of their job away from joining the ranks of this growing mass of disadvantage people. Once reality sets in, they \too will have become a part of these hopeless and embittered masses.

Haing Nigor, in his book, compares the Cambodian Khmer Rouge experience to that which Hitler and the Nazis subjected their victims in World War II. Haing Nigor points out the unreasoning rage that had built up in the Khmer Rouge which eventually broke lose
resulting in the slaughter of virtually all of the middle and upper class population. He had been trained as a Buddhist in his youth, which was then the foundation for his perspective. He eventually escaped first to Thailand and then to the United States. Tragically, he was then murdered in an apparent robbery attempt, though he had earlier cited a concerted attempt by Khmer Rouge thugs to assassinate prominent escapees, which casts doubt on his death having been a simple robber-murder.

Noticeably missing in his analysis of The Cambodian Odyssey, is any awareness or reference to the absence there of a Christian Factor in this Cambodian Experience. It is interesting to me how those of oriental persuasions crave the blessing of a Christian
wedding, yet have virtually no interest in or concern for the Christian values; and similarly how those with Middle-Eastern, that is Jewish, Muslim, and Hindu / Buddhist persuasions fervently strive to come to the United States, yet have such a distain and intolerance for our Christian values. Whereas, by law, we practice tolerance and inclusion, theirs are creeds of EXCLUSION and persecution of persuasions foreign to their own.

During my military career, in which I served over six years as a Naval Aviator and Helicopter Pilot, and before coming to a Christian commitment, I none-the-less become acutely aware of the tremendous psychological advantage those with a firm Christian conviction had; and have since come to feel very sorry, for example, for the non-Christian soldier or astronaut launching into space or combat. Several years ago I received a memorable backhanded compliment. One of my clients, a Central European immigrant, had repeatedly launched anti-American diatribes against our foreign policy. While I also disagreed with that foreign policy, I vigorously challenged his right to voice his complaint when he had failed to register to vote or participate in our political process. Since that time he has none-the-less repeatedly sought my opinion and counsel. I believe this was because, while I did not belabor the point, we did discuss his and my theological basis and he knew I was a trustworthy Christian brother.

I do believe one of the Christian community’s
greatest failings is the failure to lead by example instead of seeking Legal or Legislative endorsement and privilege such as school prayer, non-profit status; and their self-proclamations of righteousness. It is a real turn-off to me to hear a corrupt politician utter the phrase: God Bless America.

Several of the areas I would suggest for Dialogue are:

1) The role that Not-For-Profit entities and Church-Based Charities should play in our society and economy. (Personally I would welcome the elimination of ALL Not-For-Profit tax exemptions and privileges, and I would not accept Church-Based charities as a substitute for what I believe are responsibilities of government).

2) Private Health Insurance, a National Minimum Wage or Income, Taxation, and Public Schools: (All four issues must be dealt with as a package because they are totally
interdependent.)

While I continue to sell health insurance, my personal experience and belief is that our State Regulated systems are incurably Criminally Corrupted by a thoroughly corrupted political process; the result of PAC, HARD and SOFT Money contributions buying legislator's votes to the detriment of the public interests at large. This is further compounded by a Regulatory System that allows doctors just out of Residency to be appointed as Primary Care Physicians, primarily because they can be bought off for the lowest dollar, while rewarding Medical Specialists well beyond any reasonable value. These 'Specialists' do not see or care about the patient as a whole and these Primary Care Physicians do not have the experience or competence to recognize the needs of the patient as a whole. I am speaking from painful personal experience. On each of these I have had Personally and also with my extended family numerous examples of inappropriate care for which present Federal laws deny any practical recourse.

Issues to consider when selecting a Health Insurance Product:

First consider that the word Insurance when used with Health, as in Health Insurance is ALMOST always an outright lie. This is because to my knowledge there is only one company offering so called Health Insurance that does not employ "Durational Rating". In other words, typically, NEW clients can buy their insurance for less (less expensively) than clients that bought their insurance 1-2-3 years ago. For many if not most of us who incur substantial medical challenges this "Durational Rating System" ultimately results in bankruptcy and loss of access to medical treatment short of qualifying for Medicaid; so the only thing Insured about Health Insurance is a personal and family financial and social disaster.

As we (people) age we, progressively, incur more and more health challenges until we ultimately die. Typically in the last few months of our life we pile up huge medical bills, basically grasping at every available technological advance to hang on to life for ourselves and our loved ones, especially when someone else is footing the bill: we will gladly bankrupt ourselves, our families and our government in this attempt to hang on to life for ourselves and our loved ones. Logically enough we all ultimately lose this battle for life, but only after we have left our government and often our families economically, socially and morally bankrupt.

With "Durational Rating" as we age and incur more medical expenses, the companies raise our rates in order to maintain a positive cash flow (The companies maintain or build no significant reserves to met this entirely predictable MORBIDITY factor) sufficient to pay the bills plus earn a significant profit to boot. With this process "Adverse Selection" sets in; Those who remain healthy enough to qualify for re-entry with a NEW policy at a much lower rate do so; while Those that remain face Accelerating Rates which typically go up to maybe $1,000 to $2,000 per month and then they go bankrupt and stop paying and go on Medicaid; In any event, typically, after a few years the Insurance Companies, terminate the plan entirely (To Avoid being charged with discrimination). Then the Governments (Local, State, and Federal) are force to pick up the Medicaid tab which, as Tax Payers, we then pay for collectively. I believe it is true that under the "Durational Rating" system that 'Health Insurance Companies bring absolutely nothing positive to the table. I believe this "Durational Rating" system it is simply a 'Legislatively Created Organized Criminal Activity' for which we the Tax Payer ultimately pick up the tab. This problem is partially masked by large group insurance plans, but none-the-less exists throughout the industry.

A related problem is a logarithmically expanding practice by Medical Service Providers (Doctors and Hospitals) wherein Doctors, primarily those in 'Specialty' Practices and Services, own the facilities providing the services or medications which they are prescribing, and accordingly they create or channel or refer their prescribed treatments to the facilities they own or have some financial interest in. It becomes next to impossible for the patient to discern if they really need the prescribed treatment (for example, hysterectomy, heart bypass, operation, therapy, or medication etc. that is being prescribed). Primarily as a defensive practice these inexperienced "Primary Care Physicians" are reluctant to prescribe or practice most basic medical services, and simply are serving as conduits for sending or referring even the most routine treatments to the Specialty Doctors and Facilities. Typically, the "Primary Care Physician" we as a patient see is a new doctor fresh out of Residency or Internship, who is employed as a Primary Care Physician" only because the Provider Firm, most often owned or controlled by the Insuring Company or a For-Profit Hospital Company, is able to buy their services for the cheapest dollar amount. Typically it is nearly impossible to see an experienced competent Primary Care Physician or a Specialist who has and demonstrates any ongoing concern or interest or responsibility for the patient as a whole person. Further, the charges for these 'Specialists' services are most often simply outrageous. The one company that I know of that does not employ "Durational Rating" also is vigorously challenging charges that exceed what they deem to be "Reasonable and Customary"; This practice invariably injects the patient into a traumatic never ending battle for medical services.

To me it is clear that the only solution to these problems is a highly regulated and monitored Single Payer National (The United States Federal Government) Health Care System. Our present Medicare System provides a good beginning model for what I advocate. I believe the present system which uses Medicare Supplements should be subject to a "Means Testing" such that Supplements would be included without charge to those not able to meet the means test.

The Laws controlling all of our U.S. Health Care Industry are controlled by 'Our" Legislators who are responding to the interests of Corporate Lobbyist representing Pharmaceutical and Insurance Industry Interest's, who in turn fund "Our" Legislator's Political Campaign Funds.

Particularly with HMOs, the service to the patient is further degraded by Capitation or pre-payment to the doctors and hospital provider groups who then conspire to deny care based solely on the economic issues. They have already been paid all they are going to get from the insurance company, and then are
unwilling to devote the time and expense that the patients condition call for.

And, again our corrupt legislators have been bought off and have passed Federal laws denying the patients right to sue. Similarly, the Health Care and Finance Administration and the Insurance Companies representing their separate constituencies regularly quarrel with or outright deny timely appropriate medical care. We sorely need a totally independent and fair minded third party administrator of benefits (Obviously that administrator must have a set of reasonable guidelines to follow, to moderate practical and caring levels of care to all). It has been responsibly pointed out by a few that in our present system the Insurance Companies and their agents bring absolutely nothing to the table; and exist only as a Fabricated and Incurably corrupt Profit Making Vehicle.

Personally, I believe we must move rapidly to a National Single Payer system; as Dr. Quentin Young, MD of Chicago has long advocated. It seems to me that our present (HFCA) Health Care and Finance Administration, could serve as the Federal Single Payer Administrator, similar to the way Medicare is presently
administered. However, there must be an
Independent Third Party Administrator, not
accountable in any way to either the Single Payer Administrator (who of course represents Taxpayers as a whole) nor to the providers, which are the Doctors and the Hospitals etc., nor to the Patients who are the recipients of the care.

This national healthy care should be extended to every citizen and legal resident of the United States and further extended to include all areas of Health Care to include Basic and Preventative Health Care, Prescriptions, Mental Care, Basic and Preventative Dental Care and Long Term Care. Life Extending Care, that is care requiring long term life support procedures other than those approved and separately funded by the Federal Government, would not be provided under the National Health Care System.

However, Insurance Companies would be permitted to offer polices providing for such Life Extending coverage to individuals who could afford them and choose to purchase them; there simply would be no entitlement for such coverage under the National Health Care System. Insurance Companies would
also be allowed to offer policies for Basic and
Preventative Health Care Services, which similarly could be offered to and purchased by individuals who could afford them and choose to purchase them, but no tax or other offsets would be allowed. . Private Indemnity Insurance should be allowed but with no
offset.

Individuals suffering injury or illness as a result of their own criminal acts including wantonly self-inflicted damage, and disease and illnesses or injuries related to extramarital or promiscus sexual activity, sodomy or other homosexual sexual activity, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes would be afforded only Hospice level care.

It should be a Criminal offense for a woman to produce a child for which she cannot and/or will not name the father; and it would be a Criminal Offense, subjecting the participants to sterilization, who produce more than one child while functioning at or below the Poverty plus 10% income level.

Sexual predators should be eligible for the death penalty and if not Executed should be sterilized as should habitual criminals. We also need some measure of socially acceptable education, persuasion and control limiting those with inheritable genetic physical and mental defects from bearing children; similarly immigration of adults and importing or adoption of foreign children with such defects should not be permitted. Child bearing should be viewed as an earned privilege, not a right.

A necessary part of the National Health Care System would be establishing a National Minimum Wage to be set 10% above the poverty level, stipulating that participants would be required to accept appropriate job training and any available private or public sector job to which they were suited, subject to suitability by reason of training, health and infirmity /disability. (Not age/ Age would no longer be criteria for receiving benefits (Retirement would be an earned option, not a right). Unemployment would not be an option. Individuals who could demonstrate independent resources, without offset, sufficient to sustain for life an income that would exceed the Poverty plus 10% level would be permitted to opt out of participation (In other words, to Retire).

All U.S. citizens, Resident and Non-resident, and all Residents of the U.S. would be require to file income tax returns; parents or guardians would be required to file on behalf of their dependents or charges. The Minimum National Income Plus 10% would be subject to taxation, as would all earned income. In fact, all wealth, assets and income would be Subject to reporting and taxation. All participants in the National Minimum Wage system would be required to Invest a minimum of 10% of their National Minimum Wage Income and a minimum of 10% of their earned income, in some form of Insurance Company cash value life insurance or annuity product on either a pre-tax basis, to be taxed on distribution; or optionally, on an after tax basis with no tax on distribution to themselves or a named living beneficiary. All other distributions would be subject to taxation (In other words, all other inherited wealth would be subject to Estate Taxes). All legally emancipated (legally responsible) citizens would be entitled to this National Minimum Wage income and all would be required to file income tax returns. Incarcerated citizens would forfeit this National Minimum Wage income to the housing governmental body for the duration of their incarceration. All incarceration should involve mandatory social and job training and work.

This National Health Care, National Minimum Wage and National Public Education System would be supported by a National Tax System, eliminating any dependency on local property taxes and state or local control of those taxes: This System would envision the elimination of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and Workman Compensation Insurances. Again, this System would be supported by a National Tax System.

We must return to a Graduated Tax on all Income, Wealthy and Assets. There should be no non-profit or not-for-profit entity status for anything or anybody. All income, wealth and assets, whether passive or active should be a part of our tax base. Taxpayers at large should not be called upon to support any religious or other non-governmental (non-profit or non -performing) exemption or privilege of any kind. We need to eliminate all of these icons of abuse and privilege, now.

I believe we need to view our wealth from a biblical perspective, as stewards of a trust from God, The State (Our United States Of (North) America), the respective States of this Nation and on down to us as individuals. This stewardship has some inalienable rights and some earned rights (for example, the right own real estate), but also some responsibilities and is subject to The Rule Of The Law of Our Country. By virtue of our Citizenship we also have the right and duty to pay the taxes necessary to support and sustain our Nation. I personally think it is proper that we should pay those taxes in some proportion to the extent that we have prospered in and from our God given or natural resources.* There needs to be a substantial incentive or reward for those who give of themselves to succeed; perhaps also a lack of reward for those who choose not to give wholly of themselves (not necessarily a penalty, but certainly not a reward for a lack of effort). But I also think that amongst our fellow mankind there is and should be no credit due for the raw exploitation of or at the expense of our collective national or natural resources or of our fellow mankind. I believe that, nationally, we suffer from the blemish of the Ugly American who is a Greed Driven, Callous, Insensitive, Rude, Vulgar Unregulated Entrepreneur who ruthlessly exploits our natural resource and his fellow man, even worldwide; This Ugly American may piously spew hollow words of praise to Our Lord and utter a shallow demand of God Bless America, but he rebels at the thought of responsible support of the land he plunders and for the people he victimizes; he is a blight on our landscape.

But I diverse: Returning to Taxation, in order to involve all of our people, citizens and non-citizens, how about a Flat, (say 1%) Tax on all adjusted income and assets, so that everyone is accounted for and involved in supporting The System. Then apply a graduated tax, proportioned in some manner on all wealth, and graduated up to 90% for extreme levels of noncontributory/non-productive wealth. Continue building in incentives for allocating capital to Industry and Job Creation in areas of our economy that need strengthening. Let the base tax level be designed to return all non-productive/non-income producing/non-working wealth to the State/Government, in, say maybe, five generations (100 years). And, how about setting the current tax level to amortize all government debt over the next 20 years. Thereafter reduce the tax level to maintain liquidity at zero debt plus a 7-year average budget Reserve so that as a nation we can perpetually survive historical economic draughts.

I am strongly convinced that our Public School Systems are a major element that has lead to our Nations Greatness; and I believe the one most significant problem in all our schools is the lack of Parental Responsibility and Involvement in the schools. Having a system that mandates parental observation of all classroom and non-classroom school activities as silent observers either physically in the room or at least by closed circuit monitoring would be a start. Each parent should spend at least one day a month in this school observation, rotating so a parent is always observing each class. This should also mandate testing of parents on the classroom content; with night (or day) refresher courses or schooling for parents who flunk. Parents and teachers should, both, also be regularly involved with PTA activities and meetings.

I suspect that few parents conducting home-based schooling could pass public school classroom content testing, which of course should place them and their children back in the public school system. I also suspect, from observation of the community disintegration in my own town that home-based, private and church-based schools really do not offer equivalent education for the children, and do zap tax payer support at a local level for the public schools. I have watched these same parents drop their kids off for church and then come back to pick the kids up while sitting in their vehicles with a can of beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Obviously these kids are not learning religion or scholastic content of value in their homes either. I do not believe that religion either needs to be or should be taught in public school. In my way of thinking the only place for religious instruction is in the home; and I believe all children need and deserve the opportunity to develop their social skills and awareness in public school - they (our children) need that real world training to learn to function in the real world. But the children and all schools likewise need parental supervision and involvement in schools also to insure that both the schools and their children are functioning correctly.

By and Large, I believe Home-Based schooling virtually always involves socially and intellectually inadequate parentage, and that virtually all Church-Based and Private Schools are ruses or shields to maintain social, racial and religious segregation all of which are not what has made America Great: Instead they are a major contributor to our social and economic problems.

An Appalling National Travesty: The Chicago Tribune, Section 1, Wednesday, June 13, 2007 Commentary Page titled Collateral Damage in an Article by Kathleen Parker comments on the fallout from an interview with General Peter Pace on March 12 with the Chicago Tribune when he said he believes that homosexuality is morally wrong. General Pace will now be the first Joint Chief of Staff chairman to not serve a second term since Lyndon Johnson’s administration. She discusses the political ramification of General Paces comment, and cites the 1993 Statute Section 654, Title 10 which prohibits homosexuality for strictly secular reasons in the service of military objectives: unit cohesion, military discipline, order and morale. She notes that "It’s not about the rights of gays to serve, but about the rights of non-gays to be protected from forced intimacy with people who may be sexually attracted to them", etc. A few months earlier a statement by a prominent basket ball player (a sport in which there is frequently blood shed on the court) was similarly persecuted for expressing his aversion to being force to associate with homosexuals. It seems that First Amendment Rights of individuals offended by forced exposure to homosexual and other immoral conduct is no longer a permitted Right. I believe it is absolutely absurd to deny any individual the right to comment on the immorality of homosexual conduct. It is, I believe, Unconscionable to silence persons with a moral conscience. Just what value of importance remains as a justification for asking anyone to lay their life on the line for a nation that is this oppressive. A Judiciary, Legislatures or Peoples this degenerate can hardly expect any further blessing from the GOD I believe I know; I do not believe THIS GOD will be long-suffering with this degenerate society.

In my mind I believe we in the United States, like many other of the Nations in this World, are faced with a Multiple Headed Monster: This Monster is a broad community that is a composite of Narcissistic, Self-Centered Anarchistic individuals including Libertarians, Feminists, Conscientious Objectors, Homosexuals (Both Gays and Lesbians), and those who practice Perverse Sexual Promiscuity, Hedonism and Bestiality.  The Societal Impact of the Feminist segment, of this multi-headed MONSTER, is particularly insidious where-in they commoditize spousal affections, employing their vagina as a ‘Tinker Toy’ for their own instant gratification, and willingly destroy their family units divorcing their spouse’s on a whim, destroying their husbands financially and corrupting their family’s ‘Blood Lines’ and Legacy.   They are the creators and enablers of the ‘JUNO’ mentality.  This greater MONSTER is, I believe, responsible for the creation of virtually all sexual predators.  These DISEASED Monsters ultimately themselves become the victim of their own sins.

In today’s society these more often than not are fellow travelers who mutually endorse each other, and pretty much stand together as a voting block. It also appears to me that almost without exception each component of this MONSTER begets the others. They each rebel at virtually any form of organized society, be it governmental, domestic or theological (they will insist that, after all, there is only one GOD, which I do not believe any thinking Christian could agree to; I certainly do not worship the same GOD they do); and accept no external authority or guidelines, and exercise no moral discipline. They are Anarchists; and will willing destroy even their own family units to exercise their perceive freedoms. Invariably these individuals have been nourished by a previously successful domestic, business or political unit that they have become parasites on. Further, I think the credentials of any household, congregation, denomination, church, State, or Nation that tolerates, condones or endorses any component of this MONSTER must be questioned.

The Multiple-Headed Monsters that I believe are dominated by the characteristics of the 'Feminist' mentality, which is a 'Narcissistic' (that is a self-center, self-indulging, selfish, arrogant and despotic) personality. A passive, indifferent, lazy, unwilling Male head of household yielding to a dominate female in a household is a significant contributor to the creation of this creature. Also, it appears to me that the father who is blessed with only with daughters has a problem in succession for his business interests; these daughter most often (though not always) become despotic 'Feminists'.

In our 'Western' Culture we have substantially contributed to the creation of this Monster. Good Men, by nature and social courtesy, have been trained to defer to the women in their lives: We stand back as women approach, open doors for them, give up our seats to them, etc., etc.. In both the business and domestic worlds men are subjected to, comparatively, extreme stress and pressure which contributes to their early deaths. Even within our domestic interactions, men are for example expected by their wife’s to wear condoms etc., which, along with the stress they have all day endured, produces, I am sure, most of the heart attacks in young men.

I doubt that Societies that have not introduced 'Women’s' Suffrage' have incurred the degree of Family and Societal Degradation that 'Western Cultures' have.

I find it disgusting and infuriating to hear successful individuals (Male and Female) boast that they have 'Done It All By Themselves', that no one else has helped them in their rise to success. Often the help they have had is not initially obvious, but literally, I do not believe ANY ONE has ever achieved success by themselves. There is always a 'Sugar Daddy' or 'Sugar Mommy' someplace in the picture.

I see the 'Oprah Winfreys' of the world as a total curse on our society, encouraging the dissolution of family units so they can 'do their own thing' with their Tinker Toys' , without giving credit or exercising responsibility for anything substantial in their lives.

It is true that by shedding true personal responsibility for their actions, both to themselves and to and for others, many 'Feminists' and 'Homosexuals' do achieve remarkable financial success. Maintaining a balanced "Heterosexual' personal, family and community relationship often is a challenge. But the failure to do so ultimately destroys (all) the individual, family, community and society itself.

It is no accident that both in animal life as well as in human civilizations, successes are always tribal in nature. And the heterosexual (Male and Female Unit) family is always the fundamental building block of these successful tribes.

As a youngster, my father observed, for example, one of our neighbors, the Andrews' brothers, each with there own farm, who worked their farms together with great success. Because my mother was, in this regard, a contentious wife and mother, our family was blown apart in this tribal effort by my father. We were effectively destroyed as a family unit. And each of us siblings had huge social, economic and emotional problems to deal with as a result.

I am continuously disappointed, when I observe divorcing women and widows of successful husbands who as quickly as they can cremate or bury their deceased husbands, dispose of every vestige of the deceased husband existence, sell the home and rush to amuse themselves 'on the beaches of the world' spending their children’s' inheritances. Invariably, their profession is that they did it all by themselves in spite of that 'despotic' man they have finally rid themselves of.

This nation, and maybe the entire human population of the world is experiencing a terrible by-product of Feministic and Homosexual Narcissistic Perversion which was recently characterized by a women analyst on Fox News something along the lines of Commoditization of Commitment and Affection. It might be a good questions as to which came first, The Chicken or The Egg. This Narcissistic community does not honor any commitment, particularly a long term one; but rather panders to the momentary highest bidder for their affection and services, and generally responds to impulses of the moment, rather than logic, to satisfy their perverse personal desires. A child subjected to such a domestic environment is, probably irreversibly, mentally destroyed. (Within my own family experience the Children of shattered family units are sheltered by an equally perverse social support system that creates an adult incapable or unwilling to mentally sustaining themselves without permanent recourse to psychiatric counseling (shifting responsibility to counselors who themselves are totally screwed up in their own personal lives). These screwed up counselors provide their, usually also drug addicted wards, with relief from personal responsibility, by diagnosing them as suffering from genetic deficiencies that are in turn treated with further addicting medications.

The truly Christian husband and wife team is the only structure that I see that can be cherished and admired in our society today. In practical everyday family life even this team is fragile and uncertain, perhaps is even non-existent; certainly it will not exist outside of a walk with Christ Jesus. There used to be a Marine Corps Poster that postulated that He who is afraid to die does not deserve to live. As a nation we exist today, and only will continue to exist as long as we have soldiers defending us who are willing to expose themselves to death in order that we as a nation may continue to live. As a young father I would have readily killed to defend my children and wife. And I expected my children’s mother to similarly gladly surrender her life if necessary to give life to our children. Our children deserve the family stability of an unconditional (for better or worse) life time commitment of their parents to each other. Such a commitment today is only a figment of my wildest dreams.

During the 2004 campaign Senatorial candidate Alan Keyes was emphatic in his defining Lesbians as being particularly self-center persons. Recently Bill O'Reilly of Fox News' O'Reilly Factor used the word 'Narcissistic' to describe such persons.

I am inclined to conclude that behind almost every Homosexual is a female dominated household, that is one lacking a dominate male head of household. The feminist appears to me to be a self-generated phenomenon, one driven by the same Self-centered or Narcissistic characteristic.

Certainly, Homosexual conduct (In environments such as: churches, schools, and any public or military or other institutional environment) is a huge National problem:

I believe we must make (any such) Homosexual conduct a severe Federal crime eligible for the death penalty.

Certainly as a nation we can never attain any respect in a responsible world community as long as we condone, accommodate or endorse any Homosexual conduct, weather it be private or public. I think it is one of the most irresponsible and lowest forms of human debauchery; it is a most insulting, repugnant , demoralizing, hateful, destructive and unnatural form of human conduct; it must certainly be totally offensive to any believers GOD, it certainly is to my GOD. Homosexuality is a most abominable HATE CRIME against SELF, MANKIND and GOD.

It makes my heart grieve to consider the dismal future that I believe anyone who voluntarily participates in any homosexual activity faces; a fate every bit as gloomy as those trapped in false religions, which includes in my mind those sucked into Muslim religions, and all other religions that exclude or deny the blessing brought by worshiping under the blood cross of Christ Jesus. Anyone who believes in the Christian Bible must acknowledge the example of Sodom and Gomorrah.

In my opinion anyone who by silence, inaction or action endorses, accommodates or condones any homosexual act is in fact not a Christian and joins in the same fate as the active homosexual. I believe any voluntary participation in homosexuality produces an incurable Physical and Psychological blemish (they become Damaged Merchandise), so much so that they become Unacceptable as a partner outside of their Homosexual Community and are a physical threat (as a diseased and ideological carrier) within any community at Large.

Again, I believe any seduction or molestation of a minor or any rape by a homosexual should by law carry a Mandatory penalty of death, without exception; and further because of their potential as a spreader of HIV/AIDS and other diseases the passive homosexual should be quarantined and labeled away from the community at large. A Church or for that matter any organization (or individual) that accepts, condones, accommodates or endorses homosexual priests, gay marriages etc., I believe, denies a Christian belief.)

I feel compelled to inject here a reflection: While obviously, I feel that Homosexuality (Both the Gay and the Lesbian) is a most horrible sin, I do not think that the sin deprives any of us of the love of our GOD: I believe GOD loves all in his creation. However, GOD in the absence of repentance, confession and the plea for his mercy in Jesus Christ's name does not forgive the unrepentant sinner for the sin and that sinner will be dealt with by Christ at the day of their judgment. (GOD loves the sinner, but hates the sin, all sin.) Also, reflecting on my own real life experiences, I must acknowledge that 'But For The Grace of GOD, There Go I'.

IT IS A MOST ABUSIVE SIN FOR THE HOMOSEXUAL TO INTERPRET THE CHRISTIAN'S (SAY PARENT, PASTOR, FRIEND ETC.) TOLERANCE OF THEIR TERRIBLE SIN AS SAYING 'YOUR OK, I'M OK'. THIS SIN IS SIMPLY NOT 'OK', PERIOD.

When I was in my freshman year in college, the instructor for health/PE education counseled the young men in my class to resort to Masturbation as an alternative to having sex with a girl, and thereby avoiding risking venereal disease or getting a girl Pregnant. I suspect that this could easily be a stepping stone to homosexuality. While I struggled with a very strong sexual desire, I felt that I was blessed with a guardian angel that always intervened. As time progressed I began to realize what a great gift I then had to offer in my ultimate marriage. I was exposed and very much aware of the, even then, rarity of that blessing, and recognized the chances of receiving a reciprocal gift in marriage was most unlikely. Ultimately I cherished having that gift in my marriage.

Later I was imbedded in an environment where promiscus, bi-sexual and homosexual conduct was common. Perhaps I was beneficiary of early childhood upbringing that instilled some good character in my being but I also think that I had a loving Lord walking with me even though I was not verbally conscious of that at the time.

I recall a statement by The Secretary Of Health... under President Clinton, I believe her name was Joyce Elders, commenting that a persons character is formed at a very early stage in life, she suggested the age of two was a critical stage, this in relation to early childhood training etc. In any event I do not claim any great credit for surviving many of the dangerous exposures I have had in my life, but give credit in part to my parents, but also to my being and unconscious beneficiary of the Lord's walking with me.

Not unrelated to the TRAP of Homosexuality, are the devastating results of indiscriminate and perverse sexual promiscuity, particularly including that by women as well as male homosexuals. Many diseases in addition to AIDS/HIV, I believe are far more contagious than admitted by those who are promiscuously active. It is not difficult to notice examples in this community that for many, years after the act, come down with breast, cervical and prostate cancers and herpes and other AIDS/HIV related diseases such as unexplained total loss of all body hair etc.

I am reminded of an observation Dr. J. Vernon McGhee of The Thru The Bible Radio Program made in a discussion of Leprosy: Dr. McGhee pondered that leprosy is ever present in our environment but only becomes active with intense/repeated exposure (= Promiscuous, that is, multiple indiscriminate sex partners, many being bi-sexual simply tax the immune systems of the participants beyond what the body can handle). (I believe, these diseases, like moles, are imbedded, probably in our blood, or genes and generally in our earthly environment; and are conveyed from generation to generation from man to woman to children. A promiscus person who takes no responsibility for an AIDS related cancer, total body hair loss etc., in their child has to have a seriously hardened/flawed seared conscience.)

My quest for feeling the Lord in my walk was a long time in coming, but as I allowed him in my life with feeling and confidence I have found his hand in my life most comforting. Again, I agonize over the grief that those trapped in homosexuality will endure, likely forever.

Accountability becomes, in my mind, the issue:

One thing I do believe is that we each fence ourselves in by our past actions or decisions, and then have difficulty climbing over that fence to get a new or fresh start. Early in the Clinton era, defending homosexuals and sexual perverts, I listened to one psychiatrist being interviewed, who's son had come out as a homosexual; he felt that he had had a close relationship with his son, but that he had always acquiesced to his wife, the boys mother, and at that point he then felt this was the cause of his sons persuasion or vulnerability. It is unquestionable that maintaining a heterosexual relationship is a challenge; many men and women simply find it easier not to fight and switch instead.

So the issue becomes a matter of character, the will to exercise responsibility and accountability. (I am not a great student of theology but it appears to me that the Lord does not impose his goodness on the unwilling, but leaves us to our own means of self-destruction if we reject him. He has entrusted us with 'will power', which is unique to mankind, the ability to discern right from wrong, and if we choose to be evil then we are on our own??)

To continue, I believe, all public schools should derive support solely though nondiscriminatory Federal Tax system:

There would be no vouchers or offsets for any private, church based or home-based schooling; and there would be no non-governmental Not-For-Profit or Tax-Free-Entity privileges. Home-based schooling would not be allowed as a substitute for mandatory public school education criteria and content. Mandatory third- party parental participation should be built into all levels of the public school system and any private, Church-Based and Home-based schooling. All public and private schools and home-based schooling should be required to employ only teachers that meet federally prescribed educational and competency criteria, and curriculums that include minimum Federally Prescribed Academic Content and
student achievement levels; However, no federal or state control would be permitted of additional religious or vocational content offer by such non-public schools. Again, No Private, Church-based or Home-based school should be allowed ANY tax exemption or privilege nor any vouchers or other offsets.

3) Our failure to hold Political
candidates and Appointees to the
positions they advocated during their campaign for office needs corrected:

We need recourse to a Fast-Track voter recall process to remove such individuals from office. (I recall the counsel of my boss in my first civilian job after my military service; I had come to him with a complaint. His instructions to me were to never bring a complaint on a problem or procedure without also submitting a proposed solution. A subsequent employer/boss, and who also became my very good friend, added to that counsel. He said that he would regard any proposal for change as the submission of my resignation wherein he would then be permitted the exercise at his option of rehiring me, if he liked and agreed with my suggestion. I found that agreeable and it worked well.) Similarly if after election or appointment a government official or employee has a change of position, opinion or belief then they should submit themselves to a recall vote, which gives their constituents the opportunity to either reject them or re-elect them.

I am distressed by the rush to impose term limits on our elected and appointed representatives (Legislators, Congressmen, Senators and Governors):

 We already have an absolute mechanism to remove them from office with our vote. With term limits imposed we then forfeit the right to retain the acquired skills and expertise of those doing a good job with what we want them to do.

We do, however, absolutely need campaign finance reform eliminating all PAC and large donation monies:

We need to tailor the system to require one-on-one campaigning and contributions. Campaign debates are and should be treated as news, not advertising. Political paid ads in public media should not be permitted. Recently we had a U.S. Congressman who did not accomplish a single significant task in Congress, who was then elected solely through powerful money interests when he then ran for and was elected Governor with funds dwarfing his competition coming from family and ethnic groups. This individual ran and now has been re-elected on knee jerk simplistic slogans massively repeated, and displays no responsible interest or understanding on any issue, yet because of his well financed massive exposure he has gained election again. The public at large deserves to have officials who are elected only on their merits and not just because of moneyed interests..

4) We need to hold public Talk Show Hosts and Commentators who use unfounded inflammatory what-if scenarios and innuendo criminally liable for their induced criminal Reponses by listeners and participants:

Similarly, we must hold third party participants, such as divorcing spouses, their lovers and other third party participants criminally liable for the induced responses of the offended spouse. (The Timothy McVey & Terry Nichols, and the Marilyn & David Lemak and his lover('s) are examples of scenarios that, I believe, produced such induced responses.)

We must eliminate No-Fault and Irreconcilable Differences as pleas for Divorce; We should require a criminal cause of action for any divorce petition; Similarly codify, at a Federal level, as crimes: Adultery, Sodomy, Homosexual Conduct, Alienation of Affection', 'Willful Withholding Of Affection', Abortion and similarly other acts repugnant to society as a whole. And, enforce a marriage that produces a child as a life sentence without possibility of parole.

5) Establish and enforce a ($) Dollar level of $1Million Dollars for 'white collar' crimes as the threshold of eligibility for the death penalty:

(Examples: Enron & LTV etc.)

6) Since the early 1960s our Industrial Community has been ravaged by the onslaught of Leveraged Buyouts and Mergers in contrast to the Anti-Trust and Anti-Monopoly movement of the 1920s and 1930s:

The leveraged buyouts are like rats in a chicken brooder house: They suck the life blood out of the baby chick and cast the lifeless body off to rot and stink up the whole neighborhood. I see no net benefit to society in allowing a leveraged buyout; only a massive depletion of physical and human resources: In more rational times it was outlawed as a criminal mechanism. Similarly the Merger is clearly a monopolistic movement. The usual argument is to achieve an economy of scale, but on an unregulated basis the merger mechanism soon becomes a mechanism to eliminate competition, for the purpose of the escalating prices to the consumer while giving disproportionate enrichment to the capitalists. Both leveraged buyouts and mergers serve to break unions denying employees, stockholders and other investors and the nation the fruits of their skilled labor in what should have been the most productive and profitable years of their lives: Trained and skillful employees are tossed aside in the prime of their career cycle as trash, while the sadistic money changers move on down the road with their carnage. Obviously, a proper application of Capital/Money is needed to create the machinery to which labor can be productively applied.

With regard to outrageous over compensation of Corporate Executives and Directors an interesting article appeared in the Chicago Tribune on Sunday January 7, 2007, Business Section 5, Page 3,, Talking Business, Front and Center, under the headline "Taking on 'envy-driven' CEO pay" quoting Berkshire Hathaway's Charles T. Munger: "...that too many executives feather their own nest at the expense of shareholder". He says "It isn't that the CEO's are such terrible people, it's that the system, with envy-driven compensation mania has developed to a place where it brings out the absolute worst in good people."

I thoroughly disagree with him that this is an envy-driven mania; I think it is greed-driven crime. I believe that it is 'in fact' a manifestation of 'Organized Crime'; where a growing 'International' cadre of board room 'cronies' are raiding the corporations of the world of real assets and once they have plunder the corporations are then spun of into bankruptcy robbing workers and common shareholders of their jobs and life saving. It is 'Like Rats raiding a chicken brooding house, sucking the blood out of the little chicks and leaving their dead and stinking carcass behind as they then move on with their carnage'.

Some years ago there was a publication called the 'Green Book' (don't know if it is still published) that listed members of Boards of Directors. I think it a study of such resources would reveal a pattern of 'Musical Chairs' these Directors and Senior Executives play.

Similarly, some time ago there was a book published detailing the affairs of the 'Bush Dynasty' which should be studied, also, as an example of the abuses of wealth and privilege. I happen to like most of what 'Bush 2' is accomplishing, but, I believe, he is coming from poisoned roots. Our economy is being robber by Senior Executives, Directors and Board Chairmen of the Boards (Pseudo-Experts) who achieve their position through appointment by "Cronies" (Moneyed and Political Interests) without any real relationship to competence; and once they have their hand in the till they simply drain it for their personal enrichment, robbing small investors, shareholders and employees of their life savings. Their unrealistic stock options spun of through insider deals turns the stock market into a scam to rob unknowing stockholders, investors and employees.

Those with money deserve to make a profit on their investment; while on the other side of the coin the laborers deserve a fair share as the return on the investment of their time at work.

Prior to the abandonment by our government's of its monitoring and control (Anti-Monopoly Laws) in the early 1960's we in this country had a good degree of stability in our Stock Markets. In the mid-1960's I was working for the Mellonics Division of Litton Industries and suffered first had the effects of this Butchery of Leveraged Buy Outs and Mergers. But with the advent of permitted Leveraged Buy Outs and Mergers, and related destruction of Labor Unions etc., Stockholder investments have been, overnight destroyed. Boards of Directors pay themselves and their co-operating key executives huge salaries, stock options and other Golden Parachute benefits; In anticipation of their eventually bankrupting the company, after they have swindled investors into buying their stock (through Insider Trading): After they have gutted the company of its viable assets they then bail out leaving a bankrupt company. Over the past 40 years or so, millions of employees and share holders have lost their jobs and entire life savings because of this (now) unregulated and uncontrolled criminal carnage of our business and industrial base.

It is simply amazing to me how Short Sighted 'Middle Americans' are in that they simply don't recognize or care about what is happening to our economy and our nation. We just wheel along financing this financial debacle with a monumental National Debt.

In the mid-1980's I attended an Insurance Convention, where one of the speakers suggested that massive inflation was the only way out of this debacle. Even with that, I don't see a happy way out.

7) It seems to me that the legitimate function of Labor Unions and Professional Associations should be the apprenticeship/training, development and maintenance through continuing education and retraining of a skilled work force; not the historic practice of a bunch of hoods striking for benefit unrelated to services rendered.

On the other hand, I would think Businesses functioning through Chambers of Commerce and other Business Associations should serve as a conduit functioning to steer or lead capital investment to sectors needing greater production or more services (Job Creation). Government and Legislative participation is needed to provide incentives for bring this capital and labor together. It appears to me that, like the so-called mafia, most if not all labor unions, better business bureaus and so-called not-for-profit and mutual associations quickly have become nothing more than tax dodges for paternalistic family interests, thugs and criminals that run their organizations only for the financial benefit of the founders and their immediate heirs with no real concern or regard for the interests of their larger membership or society at large, as are many if not most churches and church related organizations.
